ABOUT TCOY Retreats
The core of you restoration retreats aim to host retreat experiences that stay rooted in culturally aligned spiritual practices, now referred to as mindfulness or alternative therapies.
We aim to provide spaces for groups to come together and learn how to reconnect to their spiritual nature through various practices ultimately reconciling with the body, intuition and coming back into relationship with nature.
We have been creating and providing these spaces and opportunities since 2020 having hosted retreats in England, Wales, France, Gambia and soon will also be adding Jamaica to that list.
Each retreat has been filled with numerous stories of healing, restoration and transformation.
We’ve had reports of healing from anxiety, depression, addictions, relief from physical and emotional pain, relief from energetic weight or burden, increased confidence and clarity, improved relationships, increased self love, increased awareness of self, strengthened connection with intuition and communication with God and overall better quality of life.

In a world filled with a multitude of outside influences, we invite you to journey inward to the Core of You….
The vibes on the retreat - the respect, the community, the family feeling, like we’ve known each other for years are a true testament to TCOY and the people they attract. Elka is so spirit-led, and it shows in every detail. This retreat was deeply transformative in ways that'll continue to unfold for us all. Elka, the way you hold space for so many is divine. I have so much respect, deep love, and gratitude for you. What I love about Elka and the TCOY team is that there’s absolutely no hierarchy. She genuinely encourages all of us to step into our own leadership, and that energy was felt throughout the whole retreat. Rhea, thank you for inspiring me to look into a massage course and to take kemetic yoga more seriously.
