WELLBEING AND
LIFE COACH

A space to step back and think about where you are and where you want to go.

This might include navigating life changes, building confidence, setting boundaries, finding direction, working towards personal goals or simply figuring out what needs to change when life no longer feels quite right.

Helping you feel less overwhelmed and more like yourself again.

Life can be a lot. Work, relationships, family, expectations, change and when you add ADHD or feeling constantly overwhelmed into the mix, it can sometimes feel like you're trying to keep everything together while running on empty.

I offer a warm, supportive and down-to-earth space to pause, make sense of what’s going on and work out what might actually help. I work online, over-the-phone or outdoors.

My coaching is practical but personal. Whether you're struggling with organisation and routines, procrastination, motivation, decision-making or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to understand what you need and find realistic ways forward. Without adding another list of things, you should be doing.

A little more about me

My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental and person-centred. I don't believe in having all the answers for someone else. Rather, I believe that sometimes having the right space, the right questions and someone genuinely listening can help us see things differently.

I'm currently completing my professional counselling training and will be offering person-centred counselling from April 2027. In the meantime, my coaching work provides a way for me to support people with the practical and personal challenges they're navigating right now.

If life feels a little too much at the moment, you don't have to figure it all out at once.
