This intuitive upper body massage focuses on helping to release tightness in the upper half of the body, whilst working with the higher chakras (Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown) to release and transmute any old and stagnant energy that may be trapped within the fibours of the body. This massage is personalised using a selection of techniques to assist the body in relaxing and releasing tension, stress and calming a chaotic mind. This massage includes work on all elements of the upper body including the chest, neck, face and head/scalp. This treatment is perfect for those who hold a lot of tension in the chest, back,shoulders and neck, tightness in the jaw and face, headaches and migraines or those who have a heavy heart. You will receive a consultation on the day of your treatment as well a pre consultation when booking for medical and allergens. This treatment may include optional herbal / plant medicine, to support your body restore its connection.
